  2. WBLink adds the ability to create hard links from Workbench.  It puts an
  3. 'AppIcon' on the Workbench screen that creates a link to any file or
  4. directory that is dropped on it.  This is an upgrade from version 1.00;
  5. changes include minor bug fixes and the ability to specify the position
